Azure Landing Zone & Terraform Standardisation
Bank of Ireland
Re-architected the bank's Azure estate into fully declarative Terraform, bringing legacy, manually managed resources under IaC with remote state, CI validation, and Checkov scanning. Eliminated long-standing configuration drift and brought production and test environments to full parity.
GitOps Delivery Pipeline for Kubernetes
GlobalLogic
Built an end-to-end GitOps pipeline for AKS: Azure DevOps built and scanned container images, and FluxCD synced them into dev, test, and prod from a separate manifest repository. Cut deployment errors by more than 70% and removed drift between environments entirely.
Pipeline Security & Supply Chain Governance
Bank of Ireland
Embedded Checkov scanning and Azure Policy enforcement directly into the CI/CD pipeline, so non-compliant infrastructure was blocked before it reached production. Cut supply-chain vulnerabilities by more than half and gave engineering leadership full compliance visibility.
